There are two in-depth teacher training programs available for those interested in teaching the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Methods
The Gyrotonic Level 1 Teacher Training Program is available for those interested in becoming a Gyrotonic Trainer, and the Gyrokinesis Level 1 Teacher Training Program is available for those interested in becoming a Gyrokinesis Trainer. After successfully completing one of the Level 1 Teacher Training programs, trainers continue to develop their teaching skills by taking specialized courses in the method(s) they are qualified to teach.
The Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis methods are complementary. Some people choose to pursue training in one of the methods, while others study both.
Prerequisites
- Ten (10) Gyrotonic classes with a certified Gyrotonic Trainer before taking Gyrotonic Teacher Training Program.
- Ten (10) Gyrokinesis classes with a certified Gyrokinesis Trainer before taking Gyrokinesis Teacher Training Program.
- Determine the industry requirements established by the governing bodies in the region in order to teach the Gyrotonic or Gyrokinesis Methods professionally,
